In the first four months, the added value of industries above designated size decreased by 5.8% year on year, 2.7 percentage points lower than that in the first quarter.

Among them, the output of automobile, crude oil processing, cement, engine, civil steel ship, synthetic fiber monomer, machine tool, special equipment for mining, ethylene, 10 kinds of non-ferrous metals, fertilizer, refractory products, feed and other major products achieved a year-on-year and month on month growth in April. In terms of the output of new products, the output of integrated circuit increased by 73.8% year on year, the output of optical cable increased by 43.6% year on year, and the output of rare earth magnetic materials increased by 18.8% year on year.
The decline of industrial power consumption and cargo transportation is slowing down. In the first four months, the province's industrial power consumption was 53.168 billion kwh, a decrease of 0.72 percentage points compared with the previous three months. In the first four months, the decrease of freight transport volume in the whole province was 2.6 percentage points lower than that in the first quarter. Among them, the railway freight volume increased by 22.4% year on year.
